Welcome to The Bank of South Carolina Mortgage Services Fee Payment page.  We have partnered with Paytrace as a web-based service providing our clients with a personal-purpose payment processing on line service for upfront cost for your personal mortgage application(s).  You should read and understand this Agreement as it is the legal contract that governs this use of this link.

 

This Agreement governs your use of the Paytrace payment link, including all features and functionalities, our website and all content and software associated with it. You acknowledge and agree that this program is to be utilized solely for processing upfront payment transaction(s) in connection with your personal mortgage application(s).

 

The Bank of South Carolina, Paytrace reserves the right, from time to time, without notice to you, to change this agreement in our sole and absolute discretion.

 

By agreeing to pay your mortgage application upfront fees does not guarantee you loan approval.  Once the appraisal has been ordered you are not entitled to a refund of the charge.

 

We reserve the right to modify the information presented on this site at any time without notice.  While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all material on this site is correct, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and we do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of any information contained on this link.  This link and all information contained herein, is provided to you “as is” or “as available” without warranty of any kind.
